Returns Policy
Due to the custom embroidery for each item, all sales are final once the order is placed and is non-returnable and non-refundable.
If however we made an error with your order or the product is defective, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, UPS and USPS software links in our web site will estimate shipping costs for you based on the items and the shipping options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates are weight and package volume-based. To reflect the policies of UPS, FedEx and USPS, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
